Tasks

This is a senior leadership role responsible for launching, structuring, and managing the in-house contracting arm — driving all operational and commercial activities, ensuring seamless project delivery, and aligning with the developer’s long-term strategic objectives. -Manage project controls, procurement, and site operations while driving collaboration with design and development teams. -Adopt a hands-on, delivery-focused approach — actively engaging with site teams while shaping long-term strategy. -Lead the full setup and operational management of the contracting division, including systems, processes, and licensing compliance. -Take full ownership of commercial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting. -Develop and implement best practices across safety, quality, and operational efficiency. -Oversee all in-house construction activities, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

What You Bring

-Track record of managing large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use projects (G+10 and above). -Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. -Proven leadership experience within main contracting or developer-side delivery, ideally at General Manager or Operations Director level. -Deep operational knowledge of the Dubai construction market, regulations, and authority processes. -Demonstrated ability to set up and lead contracting entities or divisions. -Strong understanding of construction operations, procurement, and cost management.
