Marketing/Proposal Coordinator

Coordinate marketing proposals and presentations to win AEC projects.

Tasks

-Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information. -Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed. -P rovide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals. -Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database. -Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records. -Work with the marketing content team to develop high-impact graphics for proposals and presentations. -Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews. -Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items. -Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials. -Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities. -Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines.

What You Bring

-Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred). -Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign. Experience with additional programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred. -Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred). -DOT proposal experience is highly preferred. -Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position. -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
