Tasks
You will be expected to lead on the management of the supply chain and supplier performance/resilience in categories such as IT, Facilities, HR and Fleet. You will build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholder which are underpinned by collaborative behaviours, ensuring the identification of opportunities to continuously improve the delivery of goods and services within the Indirect category. You will lead and mature our approach to Supplier Relationship Management. This is a pivotal role within our Indirect Procurement function, ensuring that our supplier relationships are aligned company goals, deliver exceptional value for money and contribute innovation and continuous improvement. -Share knowledge and best practices with the Indirect Procurement Team to support improved outcomes -Develop supplier segmentation strategies and tailored engagement plans for strategic suppliers -Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic supplier meetings -Influence decision-makers to ensure supplier selection is based on performance and strategic fit -Support adherence to Procurement policy across the organisation -Raise concerns regarding demand to the relevant business owner and commercial issues to Procurement -Communicate complex and high-volume data clearly using visual tools such as charts, graphs, and diagrams -Apply Supplier Relationship Management methodologies and best practices throughout the lifecycle of projects, programmes, and procurements -Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager and Procurement Team to support decisions on contract renewals, extensions, or re-tenders, ensuring alignment with governance, procurement policy, and other relevant principles -Facilitate forums to provide feedback to key stakeholders on supplier performance and governance for critical supplier partnerships (e.g. IT & Telecom, Facilities, Fleet, HR, and Procurement) -Escalate compliance concerns, breaches, or performance issues promptly to the Contract Manager to ensure timely corrective actions -Build and maintain robust, collaborative partnerships with key suppliers, ensuring performance through SLA and KPI oversight, innovation, and compliance

What You Bring
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship. -Capable of identifying and managing delivery and quality risks, cost drivers, and value opportunities -Effective dispute resolution skills -Strong analytical skills to interpret supplier data, performance trends, and spend information -Negotiation and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders to drive value -Experience dealing with Supplier Renewals in IT & Telecom -Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders -Proven ability to manage supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs -Solid understanding of contract terms, commercial models, and risk/compliance management -Ability to segment suppliers by strategic importance -Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management -Experience using dashboards and scorecards to drive performance improvement -Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions -Strong influencing and conflict management capabilities
