Tasks
As General Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our well-established executive search firm. You will be responsible for overseeing our recruiting team, driving performance, and maximizing placements with smart business practices, efficiencies, and process. -Monitor and evaluate the industry's recruitment trends to keep the firm at the forefront of executive search solutions. -Oversee relationships with job boards and other recruitment channels to ensure maximum visibility for our client's roles. -Set clear metrics for recruitment performance and regularly review these with the team and senior leadership. -Monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the recruitment process state-of-the-art. -Identify and address training needs and facilitate onboarding for new hires. -Directly manage and mentor a team of dynamic recruiters to ensure optimal performance. -Ensure feedback is collected from candidates and clients to continuously refine our processes. -Facilitate regular team meetings, set team objectives, and ensure delivery of KPIs. -Lead administrator of all recruitment software tools, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively. -Design, plan, and execute advanced recruiting strategies to attract top executive talents within the construction industry.
