Tasks

-Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required -Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements -Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling -Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer -Regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries -Operating a front-end loader (FEL) -Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant

What You Bring

-FEL ticket (if not already achieved) -Are an effective communicator and have a team mentality -Are looking to obtain a Construction Card / White Card -Front end loader experience preferred -Are able to operate with and support our Zero Harm safety policy -Able to demonstrate safety and show coach and mentoring potential -Can physically perform all tasks associated with the position
