Tasks

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, nurturing existing business relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, to create and execute strategies that drive growth and strengthen our position in the market. -Sales Projections & Reporting: Collaborate with the Sales team to forecast revenue and meet sales targets. -Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and opportunities to inform strategic business decisions. -New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand Gallery Group’s market presence. -Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients and sales partners. -Collaboration: Work alongside the BDM team to provide insights and support in achieving collective business goals. -Lead Generation: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads via cold calling and relationship-building.

What You Bring

-At least 3 years of experience selling wholesale house and land packages -Networking & Lead Generation: Strong ability to network and generate leads. -Strategic Thinking & Research: Skilled in conducting market research and identifying new opportunities. -Business Acumen: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -Existing database of relationships with referral partners -Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. -Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. -Sales Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment, consistently meeting targets and deadlines. -B2B Relationship Management: Proven success in building and maintaining key B2B relationships, with strong negotiation skills.
