Tasks

-Mentor and train Associates supporting project work -Manage assigned tasks -Develop project scope and pricing for proposal preparation -Prepare monthly invoicing and assist in AR follow up -Independently manage projects with supporting staff -Perform tasks associated with project deliverables, including but not limited to the following: writing code reports outlining the compliance approach for the project; perform code reviews of project plans for compliance with applicable codes; preform on-site inspections; conduct performance-based designs; conduct hazardous material/laboratory analyses; conduct special inspections of smoke control, firestopping, and fireproofing; etc. -Effectively manage project budget throughout all phases of the project

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in the engineering or architecture disciplines required -Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Suite encouraged -Experience with CONTAM, Pyrosim, FDS, and/or PathFinder desirable -Engineering in Training (EIT) Certification and/or Professional Engineer’s License (P.E.) preferred -Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail -Excellent communication and teamwork skills -Strong written communication skill -3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety
