Role

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver hours, and operational reporting.
Allocate and schedule fleet resources for afternoon operations, ensuring trucks are efficiently utilised.
Supervise and support drivers, maintaining compliance with safety, fatigue, and operational policies.
Contribute directly to fleet efficiency and operational excellence.
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and provide timely updates to customers.
Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Ability to plan and coordinate resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in transport, logistics, or fleet controlling.
Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., Excel, transport management tools).
Knowledge of transport compliance, safety, and fatigue management legislation.
Strong people management and communication skills, particularly with drivers.
