Tasks
-Work collaboratively with other Business Class Leads and Market Sector Leads within the water business group -Manage and execute project delivery for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater utility projects as a Seller/Doer. -Manage and develop multidiscipline teams -Develop and implement strategies, with the collaboration from local, regional and national support, for the marketing and delivery of UMS services. -Perform Project Management duties and be responsible for project financials and the project team. -Develop, mentor and manage staff in the UMS business class -Identify project opportunities, lead client development and pursuits to win work of key projects in the UMS business sector and assist with others as directed. -Pursue UMS project opportunities across business groups, business classes and market sectors.
