Tasks

-Assist in the develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program, including: -Identifying and addressing potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. -Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly. -Scheduling and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance activities. -Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. -Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions quickly and effectively. -Maintain a high level of situational awareness to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of yourself and others. -Collaborate with plant management to prioritize repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime at operation. -Regular inspections of all equipment, including visual checks, lubrication checks, and performance assessments. -Assist in implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce overall maintenance costs. -Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE, and following MSHA/OSHA regulations.
