Tasks
-Monitor the progress of all installation jobs and maintain reports of time to completion and first-time completion rate. Manage and resolve escalated issues and address customer concerns as needed. -Use Closet Pro effectively to price any non -production services -Assess Installer performance, process payroll, and calculate bonuses. -Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain up to date industry application and product knowledge, -Identifies and delegates the right growth/stretch opportunities for their team -Manage installers to ensure scope of work for jobs is clear and defined, appropriate labor and materials are defined for job completion, and work is performed according to Renuity HomeOrg’s standards and specifications. -Actively solicits and implements feedback from direct reports -Develop, Train and onboard new hires, -Work with Customer Service to optimize scheduling to meet revenue goals. -Reviewing all new jobs for labor and skills requirements, -Monitor GPS for all vehicles and resolve issues that arise (I.e. speeding, violations, tows, etc.) -Empower employees to solve complex issues and can guide and coach employees through opportunities -Ensuring branch inventory counts are accurate, -Manages underperformance promptly and effectively in partnership with HR/Manager -Creates a fun, engaging, and professional work environment -Regularly perform team skills assessment and ongoing training of staff, identifying appropriate training resources to fill skill gaps. -Brings new ideas to the table to drive the business forward -Install Revenue -Collect all outstanding Account Balances -Support Territory Operations Manager as required -Proactively solves problems while generating alignment with the proper stakeholders -Managing labor effectively to operational budgets and ratios, -Focus on the right inputs for their business and execute with quality and efficiency -Prioritizes setting clear goals and expectations with their team and investing time in their team's development -Conduct Installer ride-along and quality audits -Complete Job Cost Tracker to identify areas of opportunity and improve KPIs and other metrics, -Provides consistent coaching, feedback, and support throughout the year -Ensure all vehicles follow maintenance plan and are properly maintained, licensed and inspected. -Monitor and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs ensuring these are up to date. -Provide job assessment for projects to maximize scheduling to achieve Install Revenue Goals -Complete weekly progress reports for Management encompassing installation, service, and quality assurance. -Ensuring jobs are staged 3-7 days in advance to ensure materials are available and ready for install team. -Develop projections and leverage resources based on business needs. -Handle all customer escalations from install team -Coordinate logistics of daily morning roll-out, assuring product and documentation is complete.

What You Bring
-Demonstrates operational excellence through streamlining/optimizing processes and workflows -NPS Score -Excellent communication skills -Comfortable with change and is a change agent. Leans into as opposed to resisting it -Ability to use effective verbal and written communication skills. -Throughput Capacity -Mechanical Aptitude - Intermediate skills with electrical schematics, pneumatic applications, and mechanical configurations -2+ year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. -Computer Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Able to execute a project from beginning to end and work through blockers/issues autonomously -Problem Solving skills -Education & Experience: 2 years’ manufacturing and operations management experience, CNC programming a plus; Cabinet Vision programming including new product development and S2M testing/implementation preferred. -Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions. -Certified Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred) -Must be competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
