Oversee daily concrete testing services, resources and client delivery.

Tasks

-Plan resources including staff, plant and equipment. -Ensure quality control and compliance (UKAS). -Manage daily and weekly operational workloads for the developing concrete inspection function and existing service lines, using company systems for efficient planning and delivery. -Promotes diversity, inclusion and equality. -Work proactively with the management team to monitor current and future workload requirements, ensuring timely delivery of services. -Collaborate with Technical Assurance Managers to maintain high standards and follow up on improvement actions. -Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide technical assistance. -Builds trusted relationships at all levels. -Support staff training and development, with an objective to cross-train the asbestos survey team and concrete inspectors to create a multi-disciplined team. -Liaise with clients and respond to queries. -Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lucion’s technical operating procedures and ensure compliance through quality checks. -Manages sensitive information appropriately. -Respond to day-to-day enquiries and operational requirements. -Supports environmental, charitable and sustainable initiatives.
