Tasks

As a HVAC Mechanical Field Supervisor at Odyssey Mechanical, you will play a key leadership role on residential and/or commercial job sites, ensuring high-quality work, team productivity, and compliance with codes and safety standards. -Lead, supervise, and support a team of plumbers and technicians on active job sites -Coordinate work effectively with other trades and communicate with project managers to maintain project schedules -Ensure all work complies with building codes, permits, and safety guidelines -Conduct site inspections, identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and provide effective technical solutions -Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivity -Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and applicable plumbing codes to ensure accurate installation of systems -Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing Odyssey Mechanical on job sites and with clients -Be hands-on when needed to support the team and meet project deadlines -Manage multiple projects and teams efficiently, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
