1st Shift Parking and Valet Supervisor

Overview

Supervises 1st shift parking/valet staff, ensures safety, quality, and customer service.

Tasks

-Assists in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies -Maintain contract specifications -Provide customer services assistance -Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations -Supervise staff -Perform safety audits -Perform daily quality control inspections -Ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies -Check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports -Maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company

What You Bring

-Be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel -Experience working in parking or valet operations preferred -Experience leading a team -Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal -Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) -Valid Driver's License required -Good communication skills both written and verbal
