Tasks

-Architect and automate infrastructure using Terraform, ARM, Helm, Ansible, CloudFormation, Vagrant -Implement and test DR plans and backup solutions for critical infrastructure. -Document architecture, runbooks, deployment instructions, and findings from POC’s & evaluations in Confluence -Architect solutions that scale efficiently and ensure high availability across Azure cloud environments. -Enforce cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance -Deploy and manage services on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Azure resources: VNets, VMs, ACR, Azure Container Apps, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Event Grid -Promote DevOps principles: infrastructure-as-code, automation, continuous improvement, and high collaboration -Collaborate with architects and product owners to define deployment strategies -Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions -Set up observability tools and define alerting strategies for proactive issue resolution. -Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to manage costs effectively. -Implement GitOps workflows and manage Git repositories (GitHub, Azure DevOps) -Design secure systems with role-based access control, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.

-4+ years deploying to Kubernetes clusters -4+ years managing Git repositories and workflows -5+ years Azure experience with core services -IoT Protocols & Messaging (Preferred) - Experience with MQTT, AMQP, and brokers like HiveMQ, RabbitMQ -Experience with observability platforms: Elastic Stack, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry -Support both Linux and Windows environments using Bash and PowerShell -Experience using Git with various workflow and branching strategies -Experience working with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics -Video Streaming Experience (Preferred) - Familiarity with WebRTC, HLS, RTMP, RTSP, CDN integration, and media encoding workflows -Experience with Kubernetes Operators -Deep understanding of containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm -Proficiency with tools like kubectl, K9s, oc, helm, kustomize, ArgoCD -Strong scripting skills: Bash, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript -5+ years automating builds/deployments of complex systems -4+ years with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Helm, etc.) -Solid grasp of networking: CIDR, subnets, NSG, VPNs, DNS, TCP/UDP, TLS, PKI, firewalls, proxies, API gateways, NAT, IPv6 -Familiarity with registries: Artifactory, Azure Artifacts, GitHub Packages, ACR, Harbor, Docker Hub, Nexus, ECR -4+ years managing Linux systems; 2+ years with Windows systems -8+ years in software/DevOps roles -Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD -Certifications in Kubernetes, networking, security, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
