Assistant Property Manager

Overview

Assist Property Manager with tenant relations, lease admin, inspections, and vendor oversight.

Tasks

-Complete Move In/Move Out process; -Complete quarterly audits of building security card access systems, building directories and tenant signage; -Complete Building Inspections; -Coordination of move in/move out activities; -Assist in the preparation and review of financial reporting; -Provide supervision of construction projects and complete tendering process for contracts as required (snow removal, window cleaning, landscaping, janitorial, etc.). -Manage parking, storage and telecom agreements for properties, including preparation of License Agreements, monthly reconciliations to JD Edwards and monthly site inspections; -Collection of rent and other tenant obligations;

What You Bring

-Correspondence, including memos; -Strong understanding of buildings systems and terminology as it relates to industrial and flex buildings; -Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in property management; demonstrated proficiency in lease and contract interpretation; -Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word; -Experience in MRI/JD Edwards and VTS Leasing Software would be an asset.
