Tasks
-Generate and dispatch service request work orders to technicians per established protocols. -Handle phone calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism. -Coordinate with clients and vendors for work order updates, creation, or cancellation. -Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards. -Manage daily dispatch operations with efficiency and professionalism. -Create and manage technician schedules to ensure timely task completion. -Add new vendors and locations to the system as needed. -Communicate promptly with internal and external customers within company-defined timelines.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (required). -High School Diploma or GED. -Previous experience in commercial dispatching or customer service roles (a plus). -Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are highly preferred. -Sound judgment and initiative to make decisions with minimal supervision. -Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks. -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations and develop effective solutions. -Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required). -Ability to work on the weekends: if applicable -Outstanding customer service skills for internal and external interactions. -Exceptional organizational and time management skills. -Excellent planning and prioritization skills to manage resources and meet goals.
