Overview

Drive sales of construction materials in Bihar by acquiring new clients and meeting targets.

Tasks

-Manage inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into confirmed orders. -Present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. -Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal team for delivery and installation. -Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress and market feedback. -Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and individual home builders. -Develop strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, and site supervisors. -Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections. -Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and clients for reporting to the management.

What You Bring

-Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Engineering). -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -2–5 years of sales experience in construction materials, building products, or related industry. -Ability to build long-term client relationships. -Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
