Lead technical coordination and interface management for CSMT station redevelopment project.

Tasks

-Leading technical coordination meetings, preparation of minutes and trackers. Maintain a log of co-ordination issues (who needs what from who, by when) -Coordinate and discuss with technical experts on inter disciplinary clashes of the design. -Highlight key issues/ delays to Project Director. -Tracking comments and accountable for ensuring comments are closed out and designs are updated to reflect comments. -Instigate and organize information and training sessions dealing with health and safety, -Ensure Quality Checking and Quality Assurance of the deliverables and as per the Client requirements. -Ensuring that internal interfaces are identified and resolved within the production team. -Supports the Project Director during the meetings with technical aspects. -Review of Conceptual and Detailed Design as per the Technical Standards and Specifications. -Reply of communications from Client and EPC Contractor. -Check for compliance from clients, third party reviewers and coordinate with the technical experts. -Responsible for Technical delivery of Project. -Keep track of all deliverables to the client, identify and raise Early Warnings for any delay in submissions. -Ensure the safety compliances, conduct safety training as per group policy mainly 3S training. -Ensure team meet Programme and resolve technical blockers. -Organize risk assessment for the workplace -Coordination with Railway officials.

-Proficiency in project management tools, document control systems, and MS Office. -Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination and negotiate solutions among multiple stakeholders. -Attention to detail for maintaining traceability and accuracy of interface-related documentation. -Strong leadership qualities to guide teams, resolve cross-functional issues, and maintain project alignment. -Capability to lead and chair interface coordination meetings, ensuring issues are identified, documented, and closed out effectively. -Proven ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts between internal and external parties. -Strong analytical capabilities to anticipate risks, track interface actions, and document decisions comprehensively. -Experience liaising with government authorities, clients, and multiple contractors on large-scale projects. -Experience developing and implementing detailed interface management plans and protocols. -Ability to identify and manage interface points between various teams, contractors, consultants, and external entities. -Technical and Project Coordination Skills -Deep understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows, especially in complex infrastructure projects. -Ability to present complex technical and commercial matters to management and stakeholders clearly.
