Overview

Operate forklifts, load/unload materials, and manage inventory at a distribution center.

Tasks

-Assists in periodic inventory counts as requested. -Operate forklift in compliance with forklift training and safety guidelines. -Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in working and assigned area. -Prepare the paperwork required for distribution and shipping of products. -Performs daily inspection and maintenance of equipment. -Store and retrieve material (piece pick and/or bulk) -Load/unload/store building materials from trailers or rail cars while minimizing damage.

What You Bring

-One year or recent forklift/warehouse experience -Ability to understand and follow directions -Work with safe and reliable machinery. -Ability to read/comprehend sales orders, purchase orders, safety material, etc. -Safe work record and stable work history -Ability to proficiently and safely use forklift to transport products, load/unload trucks -Customer Centric -Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting up to 75 lbs. -Ability to work independently at times under pressure
