-Lead growth strategy and execution across performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle, and partnerships -Build a full-funnel growth engine, from acquisition through activation and retention -Launch and scale rapid experiments across paid, organic, and referral channels -Define and track KPIs across growth initiatives and customer journeys -Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams to accelerate growth
