Tasks

-Liaises with managers and clients/customers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with company goals. -Assigns roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities. -Helps build the skill set of team members and shares learnings with other employees. -Coordinates internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedules, and budgets. -Analyzes project progress, and when necessary, adapts scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.

-Excellent attention to detail -Ability to multitask across multiple projects/problems at any given time -3+ years of experience in project coordination -Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus -Proven success in coordinating teams and clients/customers -Ability to work independently through self-motivation, and work as a team player -Ability to learn quickly -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field preferred -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
