Tasks

Contribute to the development and adherence to conservation specifications and documentation standards. Oversee site execution with a strong eye for detail and quality. Lead conservation projects with holistic coordination across interiors, structure, and MEP. Prepare and review working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination.

What You Bring

Experience with conservation of loadbearing structures with timber framing, along with adaptive reuse and expansion, is highly desirable. Master’s degree in Conservation is essential. 18–25 years of relevant professional experience. Excellent coordination and communication skills with experience in collaborative, team-based environments. Familiarity with Architectural Conservation Specifications & Documentation. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software knowledge is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed Indian or international institute. Strong site exposure with hands-on knowledge of working drawings and detailing.
