Tasks

-Provide expert guidance on Siemens electrical products, including low-voltage and control products, circuit protection, and power distribution. -Participate in our celebrations, social events and offsite business events. -Conduct regular customer visits and virtual meetings to strengthen engagement and loyalty. -Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. -Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors, contractors, consultants, and end-users. -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). -Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. -Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness. -Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales efforts with business goals. -Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets. -Prepare and present compelling proposals and product demonstrations. -Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership and contribute to performance reviews. -Solve the world’s most significant problems – Be part of exciting and innovative projects.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province. -Strong understanding of the electrical distribution market in Saskatchewan. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). -3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical products.
