Tasks

-Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Climate Action & Resilience Advisory service in the US. -Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise. -Align US efforts with global climate and resiliency strategy. -Foster a culture of innovation, presence, proactivity, teamwork, and excellence. -Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure strategic alignment. -Drive successful business development and client engagement.

What You Bring

-Proven success managing teams and complex projects. -Experience with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards. -Strategic thinking and business acumen. -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. -Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in climate mitigation, climate adaptation, and resilience. -Minimum 15 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced environment -Client-focused mindset and relationship-building expertise. -Experience in go-to-market strategy development and growth enablement planning. -Deep knowledge of public sector and familiarity with higher education and private sector needs relevant to the role. -Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field. -Ability to drive innovation and lead organizational change. -Knowledge of social dimensions of sustainability, environmental justice, energy transition, net zero, and/or renewable energy.
