Description

• Direct daily operations throughout the duration of the inspections (10 to 20 weeks)
• Design of Turcot Interchange, including the cable-stayed bridge over the Lachine Canal
• Participate in the preparation and verification of deliverables (feasibility studies, preliminary project studies, cost estimates, and project schedules, etc.).

• Participer à des projets majeurs en modes traditionnel et alternatif au Québec, au Canada ou ailleurs dans le monde, en mode hybride, soit à partir de votre domicile et de nos bureaux de Montréal ou de Québec;
• Diriger les opérations quotidiennes pendant toute la durée des inspections (10 à 20 semaines)
• Take the necessary steps to ensure the presence of CN flaggers throughout the inspections.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings with partners (contractor, MTMD, CN, Seaway, etc.) and clients
• Faire preuve d’un leadership positif afin d’assurer la cohésion et la bonne performance de l’équipe d’inspection.
• Major rehabilitation of the Louis-H.-La Fontaine bridge-tunnel and the Ville-Marie and Viger tunnels;
• Deconstruction of the Champlain Bridge
• Participate in the preparation of the annual work plan, including associated budget estimates
• Plan the visual, detailed, and special inspections required by the project

• Construction of the Gordie-Howe International Bridge (Ontario), as owner's engineer;

• Monitor the progress of inspections on a daily basis to ensure compliance with the budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
• Effectuer les démarches nécessaires afin d’assurer la présence de signaleurs du CN pendant toute la durée des inspections.
• Contribute to the establishment and expansion of Parsons in Eastern Canada;
• Participer aux rencontres quotidiennes de coordination avec les partenaires (entrepreneur, MTMD, CN, Voie maritime, etc.) et les clients
• Establish the annual needs of the inspection team (site offices, rope equipment storage, sanitary facilities, inspection equipment, safety equipment, communication equipment, etc.)
• Participer à la préparation du plan de travail annuel, incluant les estimés budgétaires associés

Requirements

• Obtain your Rope Access Certification (e.g., IRATA or SPRAT) and acquire specialized skills in inspection and rope access techniques.

• MTMD certifications (design, inspection, maintenance, construction, and repair of structures, etc.) are an asset

• Une prime de recommandation pour référence de candidat;
• Plusieurs autres projets en mode alternatif à venir en 2025 au Québec et au Canada où Parsons a agi à titre de concepteur en chef, d’ingénieur du propriétaire ou de certificateur indépendant.
• Obtenir votre Certification en techniques d'accès sur corde (ex. : IRATA ou SPRAT) et acquisition de compétences spécialisées en inspection et en accès sur corde
• Baccalauréat en génie civil (spécialisation en structures un atout)
• Demonstrate positive leadership to ensure the cohesion and good performance of the inspection team.
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec or another Canadian province
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work in demanding environments

• 10+ years of professional experience in multidisciplinary team management
