Role

Support incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and follow-up
Provide on-site HSE support to operational teams across construction and development activities
Deliver toolbox talks and HSE inductions as required
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
Work closely with project and site managers to maintain a strong safety culture
Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, policies, and procedures
