Overview
Manage client relationships and drive business growth for water/wastewater projects.

Tasks
-Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with company growth objectives. -Lead contract negotiations ensuring alignment with ARRO’s risk management and profitability objectives. -Work with technical and project management teams to deliver on client commitments. -Partner with teams to cross-sell services across ARRO’s portfolio. -Resolve escalated client, teaming partner or subconsultant issues quickly and constructively to ensure successful project outcomes. -Make informed GO/NO-GO recommendations in accordance with established Company policies and procedures on Requests for Proposal or Qualifications. -Lead the capture process for high-value water/wastewater pursuits, including proposal strategy, win themes, and presentations. -Conduct regular site visits and business reviews to strengthen trust and ensure exceptional client service and delivery excellence. -Maintain an accurate, current pipeline in the CRM system. -Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and decision-making processes. -Participate in industry associations and conferences to enhance ARRO’s profile and network. -Identify new markets, services, and innovation opportunities to expand ARRO’s footprint. -Facilitate multi-level communication between ARRO and its clients, including project managers, executive directors, and water/wastewater officials to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. -Serve as the primary point of contact between ARRO and its water/wastewater clients, accountable for client satisfaction across assigned accounts and for fostering strong and collaborative partnerships. -Contribute to client management team to help shape firm-wide client engagement strategies. -Mentor and develop ARRO’s next generation of leaders.

What You Bring
-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions. -Proven track record growing key water/wastewater accounts and winning strategic pursuits. -Registered as a licensed professional or certified in a specialty discipline (preferred but not required). -Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities across clients to meet business objectives. -10+ years in team client management and leadership. -Excellent networking, team building, and written/oral communication skills -Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field. -Previous experience in business development, assisting with the proposal process and presenting to/meeting with clients strongly preferred. -Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills. -15+ years in engineering/project delivery. -Proficiency is using client relationship management tools and software and data-driven decision making.
