Tasks

-Managing subcontractor accounts, including processing payments and tracking changes -Liaise with site teams and suppliers to gather commercial data and support project delivery -Assist in administering JCT contracts, including issuing notices and updating documentation -Attend project meetings and contribute to stakeholder communications -Assist in the commercial management of façade projects under the supervision of Senior QS -Support the preparation of tender documents, cost plans, and procurement schedules -Help measure and value works on-site and contribute to interim valuations and final accounts -Maintain records of variations, payments, and subcontractor communications -Participate in cost reporting and forecasting activities, learning how to track budgets and identify risks -Provide general support to the commercial team and contribute to a collaborative working environment
