Tasks

-Manages application/resume retention according to legal requirements and company policy -Complies and promotes company Safety policies -Develops recruitment strategy to achieve required staffing levels -Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures -Review resumes/applications to find quality candidates who meet position criteria -Manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) -Assist with maintaining of training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, online training, and on-the-job training -Provide an exceptional candidate experience, and be an CSUSA Mid South brand ambassador to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image -Creates new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process -Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews with hiring managers -Schedules and attends career/job fairs -Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements -Conducts extensive candidate reference checks and coordinates pre-employment screening -Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations during the recruitment process -Utilizes media resources, job boards, social media to promote the organization and career opportunities -Schedules and completes initial applicant screening to obtain applicant information and history, to include phone interviews and face-to-face interviews

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office -Ability to stand, squat, bend, kneel, climb, and comfortably what would typically be required in an office environment -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust -Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems. -Ability to work on a team and interact with people while maintaining a positive, cooperative and teachable attitude -Ability to use office equipment (e.g. computers/laptop, printers, copiers, phone/fax) -Must be able to pass a background check and drug test in accordance with our Company Substance Abuse Policy -Punctual and regular attendance with professional demeanor and positive, caring attitude -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Recruiting/staffing experience (2-5 Years) -Excellent organizational and time management skills
