Tasks

-Support ad hoc reporting requests and perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs. -Pull and integrate data from multiple platforms (ERP systems, databases, cloud services, etc.). -Provide real-time analysis and insights to support decision-making. -Consolidate WIP reports across 8 companies using advanced Excel techniques. -Utilize Power Query, Pivot Tables, and other Excel tools to automate and enhance reporting processes. -Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports. -Collaborate with finance and operations teams to understand reporting needs and refine outputs. -Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and data sources.

What You Bring

-Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field. -3+ Years in data analysis, financial reporting, similar role. -Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple data sources. -Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration tools is a plus. -Experience in multi-entity or multi-company environment. -Experience consolidating financial or operational data across multiple entities.
