-Maximizing ROI by identifying and reclaiming underutilized licenses and optimizing software spend. -Reducing audit risk through accurate entitlement tracking, proactive compliance management, and defensible license positions. -Streamlining operations by automating software request, approval, and provisioning workflows. -Aligning IT and Finance by providing actionable insights into software usage, cost allocation, and forecasting.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a candidate with deep expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM)—someone who excels in understanding the specialized SAM modules, workflows, and data models that enable strategic software asset governance. This role goes beyond general platform administration; it requires a nuanced understanding of how SAM integrates with broader IT and financial ecosystems to deliver measurable business value. -Good understanding of ITSM processes and integrations -Experience: 4-5 years (minimum) to 7-8 years -Ability to configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow ITAM modules -Expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM & SAM Pro) -Joining: Immediate joiners preferred -Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
