Tasks

-Utilize technology and software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with occupancy planning team and lines of businesses -Drive regional execution of program delivery that support global initiatives and processes -Partner with Global S&P and GBP team to ensure regional portfolio data accuracy used in GREF. -Oversight of occupancy strategy development and implementation in regional portfolio -Participate in regional portfolio strategy and management meetings bringing occupancy -Regular engagement with Area Portfolio leaders and gather the customer insights

What You Bring

-Experience with end-to-end integration with other functional teams -Customer Engagement and escalation point for regional OP -Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level clients. -Excellent communication skills –both written and spoken -Understanding of occupancy planning, activity-based working, change management, and utilization tracking and how it relates to planning -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel -Ability to manage your time and team’s to meet deadlines and KPIs -Consistent, quality regional delivery of services -Inquisitive, proactive and innovative with solutions for your stakeholders -15+ years’ experience in corporate real estate environment and portfolio planning at a strategic level
