Tasks

-Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations -Responsible for the oversight of technical and professional development of project team(s) -Monitor project tasks, budgets and schedules with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers -Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders -Participate in developing company design and production standards -Provide overall guidance on the design and technical aspects of the team(s) projects -Prepare proposals and client agreements

What You Bring

-Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural or civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university -Actively involved in professional associations and civic organizations -Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders -Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday -Proven ability to lead a team of engineers and support personnel -Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices -15 years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in commercial/site development; at least 10 of those years managing projects; Florida area experience and contacts are a strong plus -Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Florida -Proven ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees in an organization
