Tasks

-Continuously gathering feedback and making data-driven decisions -Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements -Setting the product strategy, understanding customer needs and assessing value, viability and compliance risks for local markets -Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for North America -Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch -Contribute on priorities on the product roadmap -Lead technical scoping with customer engineering teams -Track and measure product performance and user engagement -Establish and grow sales network internal and external -Collaborate with a team of mixed specializations: designers, back-end and front-end engineering, localization specialists, etc. -Measuring and reporting on product performance and user engagement -Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders and upper management -Being our local main point of contact for any questions or concerns about the products -Preparing effective communication strategies -Conduct market research and competitor analysis -Understanding the business goals of the product (typically revenue growth and contribution to company-wide earnings) and make resource allocation, development, and positioning decisions to achieve these goals in North America -Leading virtual cross-functional teams to deliver successful product development and launch -Manage growth and value proposition for North America -Ensuring that the product aligns with the overall company goals and objectives
