Tasks

-Drive cost and ROI analysis across all AI Foundry initiatives -Partner for governance frameworks that ensure responsible AI deployment while enabling innovation and speed for AI deployments -Lead all partner engagements and relationship management for the AI Foundry -Process purchase orders, invoices, and ensure financial compliance -Manage partner team dynamics and ensure successful collaboration outcomes -Work w/ corporate FP&A to validate and signoff on the financials associated with the value realization of AI projects -Work with Business Process Managers to -Develop and deliver strategic comms for senior leadership and stakeholders -Drive operational excellence for governance around value unlocking -Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with GE Vernova's business objectives -Prepare and present detailed financial reports to leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accurate accruals and financial transparency -Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency -Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and change requests with vendors -Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking -Manage logistics and operational requirements for partner ramp-up activities -Lead vendor management and purchasing operations -Establish governance frameworks and best practices for AI deployment -Drive strategic planning for partnership expansion and optimization -Establish scalable processes and systems to support rapid growth -Create compelling presentations and reports for senior executives and key stakeholders, translating complex AI initiatives into clear business impact stories -Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and accruals

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels -Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required -Proven track record managing complex partnerships and vendor relationships -Background in scaling technology organizations or innovation centers -Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility -Experience with AI/ML technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives -Experience in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and procurement processes -MBA or advanced degree in relevant field -Track record of building and leading high-performing operational teams -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related technical field -Experience with government contracting or regulated industry operations -Experience working in matrix organizations and driving cross-functional initiatives -10+ years of operations leadership experience in technology, energy, or industrial sectors -Technical background in energy, power generation, or industrial technology sectors
