-Provide professional advice on available properties, specifications, and purchase options. -Manage the progression of sales, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. -Ensure sales areas and show homes are presented to the highest standard at all times. -Maintain accurate records and support the legal process for property purchases. -Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. -Guide customers seamlessly through the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.

What You Bring

-IT literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office and confidence in using new systems/software. -Minimum 2 years’ experience in new homes sales is essential. -Highly motivated, target-driven, and well organised. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. -Flexible to work weekends and travel within the Midlands region as required.
