Tasks

HR Operations: Lead all site-level HR operations, including onboarding, engagement, retention programs, and managing smooth employee exit processes. Compliance & Statutory Management: Ensure adherence to all local labor legislation and statutory norms (contract labor, wage, PF/ESI etc.). Prepare for audits and support compliance documentation as per organizational/institutional requirements. Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and provide timely redressal while fostering a trust-based workplace environment. Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with business leaders and the central HR team to ensure the seamless execution of HR policies, SOPs, and organizational initiatives at ground level. Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, handle audit preparedness, and generate timely reports on regional HR metrics and compliance. Engagement & Culture: Drive local employee engagement initiatives aligned to Gamlaa’s values; organize team activities to strengthen morale and a cohesive workplace culture. The Regional HR – Pune will own and drive the entire HR operations at regional level, with a focus on onboarding, engagement, retention, compliance, and employee lifecycle management for all categories of workforce, including blue/grey-collar staff. The role demands strong on-ground execution, process management, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

What You Bring

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure in challenging situations. 4–8 years of HR experience in distributed/multi-location business environments, preferably with on-ground, high-volume hiring responsibility. Strong knowledge of regional labour legislation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, contract labor, wage laws, etc.). Experience Required: 4-8 years Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing blue/grey-collar workforce operations, local recruitment vendors, and HR process execution.
