Tasks

-Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards -Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided -Carrying out surveys -Operating a Variety of Tanker units, you will carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise. Predominantly you will be carrying our pre-planned maintenance works and in some cases emergency reactive work -Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge -A good level of literacy and numeracy is necessary -HGV class 2 License -Full UK driving licence -Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps -High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying qualifications or experience equivalent - preferable
