  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Confident using tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other relevant software.
  • A full UK driving licence, as you’ll be visiting multiple sites.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising an operational or field based team, keeping people motivated and projects on track.
