-Monitor performance of technicians through weekly ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions. -Understand performance criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals. -Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business, including -Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results. -Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services. -Ensure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented. -Monitoring labor
