Create structural/architectural CAD drawings and manage permits for residential projects.

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of technical drawings. -Deliver consistent and buildable documentation. -Draft construction documents for structural and architectural projects. -Work on residential renovations, remodels, and structural alterations. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code standards.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with agency comment resolution for permit approval. -Knowledge of structural elements and connections. -Experience with permitting and building departments. -Experience with Revit, BIM, SketchUp. -5–8 years of experience in construction document development. -Proficiency in AutoCAD. -Drafting degree preferred but not required.
