We have an opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English). This unique position includes a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and following up on shipments etc. The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with previous customer service experience with the right balance of ambition, enthusiasm and personality. -Self-management and organizational skills -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Superior commitment to customer service -Available to work all weekdays and occasional evenings -Creative thinking and problem solving -Strong presentation and telephone skills -Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite -Professional appearance and attitude -Previous experience is an asset in any or all: Order processing, the home building industry, inside/outside sales
