The Role

Overview

Provide front‑of‑house concierge service for supported housing, including security and admin.

Tasks

-supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work -ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible -communicating and promoting vacancies -offering an interview to disabled people -anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required

What You Bring

-Experience of working with Microsoft applications -Experience of working within a supported housing environment -Strong interpersonal skills -Excellent communication skills -The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team -Reliable and punctual -High level of professional integrity -Experience of keeping accurate and compliant records -Ability to maintain confidentiality
