Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a BIM Coordinator. The BIM Coordinator will oversee and manage BIM workflows and processes, facilitate architectural, MEP, and structural coordination on projects, and ensure smooth collaboration among project teams. Responsibilities include creating and managing Building Information Models, resolving coordination clashes, supporting project management, and adhering to design and delivery standards.

-Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively -Expertise in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) -Experience in implementing BIM standards and workflows -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Knowledge of Architecture, MEP systems, and construction detailing -Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet project deadlines -Proficiency in Revit and related BIM software, with a focus on 3D coordination -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
