Tasks

-Execution: Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or Work Control, documenting and finalizing work requests as needed. -Regularly required to type and document work in a computerized maintenance system. -Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. -Safety: Follow all C&W Services safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment. -Work Orders: Respond to, complete, and close work order requests in the CMMS system, ensuring accurate time and task reporting for tracking and billing.

What You Bring

-Experience or knowledge of HVAC systems. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Must be able to move between departments and facilities throughout the workday. -Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. -Strong written and mathematical skills. -Experience or knowledge of plumbing systems. -Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. -General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment. -Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. -Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role.
