Overview
Manage offsite modular construction projects, schedules, budgets, and teams.

Tasks
-Develop program staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors. -Transitioning project management and engineering activities through the design to construction phase in a modular, offsite construction environment. -Coordination of work with trades, subcontractors and vendors. -Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects/production programs. -Coach and mentor project team members. -Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work. -Preparing client and subcontractor change orders.

What You Bring
-Eight (8) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction is required. -Demonstrates an understanding of accounting and financial management preferred. -Experience working in a modular, offsite construction environment strongly preferred. -Completed OSHA 30 class is required. -Experience working for a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor preferred. -Basic estimating skills preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent professional experience required. -Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak preferred.
