Tasks

-Lead the structural engineering analysis and design process to ensure precision and efficiency. -Adhere to both company and client quality standard procedures in all design work. -Communicate technical aspects of projects and structural design methodologies to team members and senior staff. -Provide technical support in developing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design calculations for structural components in multi-disciplinary projects. -Efficiently manage tasks and structural resources, monitoring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. -Prepare designs, analytical models, and calculations for new construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory approvals. -Stay abreast of current engineering codes and practices, contributing expertise to technical discussions at project and divisional levels. -Timely delivery of design solutions and reports. -Offer technical support and ensure technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated design experience as per American codes and standards is required. -Minimum 6 years of experience in structural design engineering in building structures. -BIM knowledge Revit and Rhino is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. -Proficiency in analytical/design software such as CSI Family and or Staad and RAM. -Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authorities, especially in the Middle East and the Gulf region, is a plus. -Strong communication skills. -Demonstrated success in designing and delivering building structures projects of varying complexity. -Experience working in an international design consultancy is advantageous. -Computational skills along with scripting language like C# or Python is preferred.
