Tasks

Working closely with the General Counsel, you will support a broad range of corporate, transactional, and project development activities. Working with cross-functional teams on matters related to project acquisition, development, construction, and operation of new and existing projects. -Provide legal guidance on project development matters, including permitting, interconnection, and regulatory compliance. -Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and closing processes. -Assist with corporate governance, entity formation, and compliance initiatives. -Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, land agreements, EPC agreements, and service contracts. -Coordinate with internal general counsel as well as third party legal resources.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. -3+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally with exposure to energy, infrastructure, or project finance. -J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to practice. -Passion for the renewable energy sector and commitment to collaborative problem-solving.

Benefits

Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 + bonus
