Tasks
-Assist project team and safety management team in the investigation of safety-related damage incidents, employee injuries or occupational illnesses, and motor vehicle accidents to determine cause and contributing factors. -Conduct or facilitate safety training and education programs to supervisory and field employees through formal training classes, safety meetings, or other venues. -Inspect jobsite, including tools, equipment, and machinery, to identify and correct deficiencies or potential hazards, and to ensure compliance to OSHA, Weifield and Owner/GC regulatory requirements. -Ensure tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, and technical instruments are fit-for-purpose, functional, calibrated, and the appropriate protective equipment, methods, guard, management systems are in place to reduce or eliminate the risk of employee injuries or illnesses -Recommend safe work processes and demonstrate personal protective equipment safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to workplace and environmental hazards.

What You Bring
-Minimum of four years' experience in the construction industry -Possess excellent understanding of the electrical industry. -Thorough understanding of and the ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and corporate regulations -Electrical experience including a Journeyman Electrical License or RTT. -Proficent in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required -Completion of OSHA Course #510. -Certified Electrical Safety Technician (CEST) by NFPA. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. -Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) by BCSP -OSHA 30 Certification -Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of our PACT, People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships. -Current certifications or in pursuit of any of the following certifications: -Knowledge in accident investigation following root cause analysis principles. -Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures
